We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through trusted courier partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our customer care team will contact you after order placement.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festivals, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available for select PIN codes and products.
- Additional COD handling charges may apply where applicable.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email or SMS
- Tracking details and courier information
- Real-time shipment updates through the courier partner
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete contact details
- Recipient unavailability
the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Packaging & Quality Assurance
At Earth & Earthy™, every bottle and jar is carefully inspected and packed using secure, food-safe packaging materials to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking package
- An incorrect item
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product and packaging
Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
